HTC Vive VR Headset Coming April 2016
The much awaited device, HTC Vive VR getting delayed further as reported by HTC blog. According to the report the headset will get delayed till April, 2016 for users.
HTC posted to clear all the speculation, rumors, and misinformation that focused on the launch of HTC Vive. HTC is looking forward to deliver the product to a broader group of content creators and partners with best experience possible. The device Vive is a high-end VR headset that started in collaboration with Valve’s SteamVR program.
The collaboration has lead to distributing the HTC Vive Developer Kits to developers and content creators. Also, they’re looking to continue work and collaborate with many other innovative companies to create content. The content mainly goes to gaming, entertainment, medical, education and retail. For the same, a developer conference will be hosted in Beijing on December 18th.

This includes hosting a developer conference in Beijing on December 18th, launching the second generation of the HTC Vive Developer Kit at CES and engaging audiences at key events including The Sundance Film Festival, SXSW, GDC and MWC while expanding our demo tours.
We will be starting the new year by making an additional 7,000 units available to developers, followed by commercial availability in April 2016. We are incredibly excited about the future and look forward to sharing more information as we move forward towards launch.
