Android 6.0 Marshmallow Now Available For Nexus Users

Now on Tap

Now on Tap is a unique feature that would assist you in pulling appropriate information. An example stated via the blog:

“Say you receive an email about meeting a friend at the Central Park Zoo. Just tap and hold on the home button, and Now on Tap will assist you by providing links to information about the zoo, shortcuts to relevant apps and even suggest a calendar entry for the date, time and location.”

More secure and easy to protect privacy

Android Marshmallow comes with a feature for users to easily customize and control the capabilities given to apps. Now pick and choose which permissions to grant apps at the time of use. You can also deny permission any time.

Fingerprint sensor

With the announcement of Marshmallow, new way to protect your device is enabled. Your fingerprint would be your gatekeeper to unlock any device, authorization of transaction in the Google Play Store, zipping checkout with Android Pay, etc. However, it is only available for fingerprint sensor available devices.
