Acer Announces Windows 10 Devices

Acer is also in the race of Windows 10 devices now with the launch of three new products today. The devices include a new convertible tablet, an all-in-one laptop and a 5.5-inch smartphone.

As stated by The Windows Team via a blog post:

“Acer held a Windows 10 event in Taipei today at the Grand Hyatt to show just how well its new line of notebooks and all-in-one PCs take advantage of great Windows 10 features like Cortana, Continuum, Microsoft Edge, and the Xbox app.”

Terry Myerson, executive vice president of Microsoft’s Windows and Devices group said,

“We worked closely with Acer to help ensure their devices would make the most of Windows 10”.

Last week, Microsoft announced some products at the Windows 10 devices event including HoloLens, Microsoft Band 2, etc. Also, Dell announced 3 new Windows 10 XPS range of devices. Now, going with the flow, Acer launched the following 3 new Windows 10 devices:

  • Comes with Acer BluelightShield, to reduce strain on the eyes by restraining the screen’s blue-light emission.

It will be available from the end of the month and the range will start at $699 in North America.
